Family of 4 have 2 insurance plans Parents hav 1095 A reflecting payment history have a 1095-B showing both kids are covered . how to report? PTCredit?

The family has coverage for the children that they pay a partial prem. every month -  but no amts are indicated on the 1095_B  How can a Prem. Tax Credit be calculated  utilizing both premiums paid instead of just the premium reflected on the 1095-A

Coverage reporting on a 1095-B would not be included in calculating the premium tax credit.
