I efiled a client but soon after I had no access to the file because it was corrupt. Will I receive a refund for efiling this client or do I have to pay again once I refile this client?
You said you Efiled it, then it became corrupt...did the Efile not go through?
Nobody in this group has access to your account, you'd have to call support if you end up having to reauthorize (pay for) this file for printing or Efiling to get a credit.
