Hello,
Does anyone know if Proseries is going to update the CA 540 for CA A.B. 87 (SB 113 enacted) that now allows for PTE offset below TMT? Seems like the program is still limiting the PTE credit to the excess tax over the CA TMT which I don't believe is correct. I checked and my Proseries doesn't have any updates available.
