Have a situation. User y logs into admin computer and opens tax return and leaves session open. User z logs into same computer as y with different windows name and launches proseries with their own unique login. Proseries fails to insure the integrity of the return and does not stop User z from changing return while User y has same return open.
Why isn't the client file getting locked appropriately ?
