Seriously, you should call your account manager at Intuit if you're not happy with the increase.  This is a P2P user-supported forum and no one here has any insight to Intuit's decisions, let alone your account.

Because they wanted to increase it 15% all those other years but were afraid everyone would leave?

My guess, Intuit needs to cover their increased health care costs now that the taxpayer penalty for uninsured is gone, healthcare rates are going crazy. Intuit's going to pass that cost down to it's customers, like every other company.
