I have a client that has health ins for 9 months. I want to have the 2 months of short term coverage applied but cannot figure out how to populate the st coverage field

If they were missing coverage for 4 months, they don't get the 2 free ones...they're missing 4 months of coverage.

Its only when you missing 2 months in between policies that you get the short gap freebie.
