Advance child tax credit

Is the income limit for Head of Household $400,000? My client just sold an asset and will exceed AGI of $400K. Will he have to return the advance child credits?

Won't the extra income just reduce his refund or increase his tax due?

Its 400k for MFJ, single filers (and I think HOH is considered single in this situation) is 200k
