Access to client files denied after re-installing ProSeries Professional

I recently uninstalled, then re-installed ProSeries Professional.  Now I am "Denied Access" to client files.

I misspoke in my first message.

It appears that after reinstalling ProSeries I am denied access to only one client file.  All others seem to be working fine.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Sorry I didn't include in my original post.  I have since posted a more detailed description including the error message under "Client file locked by another user".
