    2019 proseries

    when i try to install proseries, screen pops up saying i need to close QuickBooks

    Sometimes QuickBooks lurks in the background and causes problems.  Open up task manager on your computer and shutdown anything that looks like it could be QuickBooks.

    Restart the computer and make sure no QB software is running in the background (hit CTRL + ALT + DEL at once and choose Task Manager, End Task on any QB applications that are running) then try to install it.
