1095-A form for a dependent (mother)

Hello maybe somebody can assist/help me on this topic;

I completed the tax for my customer a few weeks ago; its a MFJ return claiming the their mother as a dependent. Mother makes under $10k in SS benefits and they supported her throughout 2019.

Now the received a letter from the IRS requesting form 8962 for the premium tax credit to reconcile the advance credit payment. I assume the mother was  under the Obama health care program. I have their mother's 1095-A form for the mother; how do I enter it in the Health insurance market place? there Is no place for dependents information?

thank you for you help

I know @TaxGuyBill  just answered a similar question this morning, but I cant find the post.

It doesn't matter who the recipient is (none of that goes to IRS), just make the sure the person covered is shown in the middle section and the columns of numbers are correct.
