Client's W2 Box 14 shows RSU $2,430,700.
His total W2 income $3,008,685.
Federal tax w/h $903,903.
He sold $1,080,831 of his RSU with a cost basis of $1,150,845. I included this info on Schedule D.
But I can't figure out how to code the RSU in Box 14. And will the correct coding affect his current tax liability? As I understand it, it is only informational.
