importing a ProConnect file from another preparer

How do I import a 2019 ProConnect file into my account? This is a file from another preparer that my son in law used prior to marrying my daughter. It's not a Data Conversion since it is the same software. I'd like to work on his stuff without all the re-entry if possible. The file I received has a .19i extension

Yes, by data conversion.  Submitted this file for conversion shouldn't affect the one that's already in progress.

Native file format for ProConnect Tax is Lacerte.  You will need to convert it through the normal process.

By "normal process" do you mean Data Conversion?

If so, I have other files in there from Turbo Tax that I already submitted for conversion. Do I need to remove them, add the new file and then request conversion?

Thanks
