How do i omit CA state form 109 from 990ez

Is that the prior year's summary?  Is this a new 990 filer?

This is a new 990 EZ filer.

Under State and Local -> Misc -> California, I think there is a box that you can check to indicate that this is the initial return and it should trigger omitting that form 109.
