How do I resubmit payment information when the taxpayer's bank account information has changed?

My client had a balance due with payment to be automatically deducted.  He did not inform me that his bank account had changed.  Now that I have the correct information, is there a way to re-submit the 1040-V payment?

Mail the payment or go the IRS website and use direct pay.
