Hello,
When one user is accessing Trial Balance, it works fine. When more than one person tries to access Trial Balance, it runs very slow or freezes altogether. This happens in every year of Lacerte. I checked everything on the server, but couldn't find anything that would be causing this. Has anyone else ever run in to this before?
