Resident alien spouse non resident alien

I though I found a box to mark at one time. where tax payer can be treated as a resident alien and a box to check for spouse being treated as non resident alien but I can not find it.

Any help greatly appreciated

Can't remember the Screen # but you'd find that under Miscellaneous.  Check the box for "Spouse is a nonresident alien and does not have an SSN/ITIN (MFS Only)"
