I received an electronic Pre-Transmission report. It said "exception occurred during EF batching client:xxxx Problem occurred executing EF submission.
An item with the same key has been added.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to correct this? I also received the e-file post transmission report where it said it was received at Lacerte and will be forwarded to taxing agency.
