My new client accepted my intuit link request and has uploaded her requested documents about three hours ago and I can not see them. Is there a delay in the refresh or what could be wrong?
My client also stated that all of her previous years upload to her old firm were visible. Is it possible that her uploads intended for me went to her prior firm?? What do I need to do in the future to make sure uploads come to me (my firm) and not to their previous firms?
Any experience or guidance would be appreciated.
