We have a ton of clients that use the Intuit Link to upload their documents.  Is there a way to upload all the tax questions etc to their portals and send them to all our clients "all at once" that are actually using the portal vs going in to "each" link and populating their individual portal with the questions etc?

We populate individually and customize per client to make for a smoother prep process.

We have over 1, 200 clients.  So, that means I have to go into 1,200 individual entries and populate the information then send out emails.  Sorry, that isn't very friendly for our firm. 😞

Yeah it's late in the year to be handling this. We have a staff spend five minutes on each client in December and January and push the Intuit Link out. 

We customize the organizer request based on kids, self employed etc as well.

Spending that time then instead of having the preparers spend it in busy season it absolutely worth it for our firm.
