I applied an update yesterday and sent out a message from Lacerte to the other user in the office informing them I need them to get out for the update to be applied. I did the update. Now today, the other user can get in, but the message I sent yesterday keeps popping up in her screen making it frustrating to work since she has to close the message every few minutes. How do I stop this old message from popping up on her screen? Thank you in advance for any help.
