When you choose the Alternate "when to file" text for Illinois amended return it is referring to the wrong part of the form to fill in the IRS date of acceptance. The form was changed by the Illinois Department of Revenue in December 2022. Rather than being on page one the entry must be made on Step 11 on page 2 of the form.
