Hi all, On the Federal Return, Lacerte has a clear way to make the first 10,200 tax-free. My understanding is that NYS has taken the position that they are de-coupling from the Federal so that taxpayers need to pay tax all of the UNE to NYS. How do i use form IT-558 to add back the unemployment 10,200 to NYS tax return?
