Our organization's Principal Officer (CEO) changed between the end of the tax year and our filing date. Lacerte requires that the Principal Officer be included in Form 990 Part VII in order to be listed as the Principal Officer on Form 990 page 1. However, our tax firm indicated listing the new CEO on Part VII is not in accordance with IRS requirements. Does anyone have a solution for this?
