There is an option to transfer letters under settings, transfer prior year settings.  I'm not sure if the option to copy the "client letters" includes the database reports.  I would try that first but I don't want to test it by messing up my letters at this point.

I have copied the database reports forward manually.  Go to your ?:\lacerte\19tax\options19\ folder and copy your TMLT*.* to ?:\lacerte\20tax\options20\ folder.

Rename the extension  TMLTR*.*w0  on each TMLTR file

Is there still no resolution to this issue?  I'm not sure why the custom database reports can't be transferred just like filters and user options, or have they fixed this?

Hi Kathleen1 - per some investigation it does not appear that custom database reports can be transferred. If you haven't already, or it's not already there, feel free to post this to the idea board. Thanks!

I did this for you at https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/lacerte-tax-idea-exchange/proforma-custom-database-reports/i...

Let me know if the wording should be adjusted.

Here's wishing you many Happy Returns
