You are asking this of other users. There is not nearly enough information to offer any solution. Contact support, or come back an use more words to describe the problem.
One possibility is that you did the proforma too early in the year and it was messed up. Look at your detail - Are all the depreciation items there? Do they get directed to the correct form? Does the depreciation show up on Schedule E?
