Wanting to file a 8868 UBI extention for the 990-T. Is there a Lacerte cost to e-file the exention form 8868?

It would be included in the total cost for filing the 990T return. You will be charged when you file the extension, but that will be the only charge. Here are all the forms available https://proconnect.intuit.com/lacerte/forms-finder/
