I just uploaded the Lacerte software on my new computer and no clients are showing.
You have to proforma the clients from the prior year. If you've done so, then check your data path.
I am assuming you used Lacerte for 2020 tax prep; if that is not the case, you have a lot of work to do. You'll have to contact support to convert files from the software you used previously.
