The IRS Schema only allows those dictated by the IRS.
You, or Intuit, can't add anything to the actual forms.

There are page numbers AKA Attachment Sequence Numbers. These are from the "good old days" when we actually filled out these forms and had to assemble them. They tell us that IRS 4797 goes in as page 27 (even though the one before it is 10 and the one after it is 74.
