I am so sick of waiting for the CA FTB to get their act together and get us the forms timely. Tax season is short enough as it is, why do they make us wait so long to get started? Why aren't they working day and night to get these ready for tax season? When will these forms be available? No one knows...
I have a pile of returns I could complete, except for the CA forms.
Any ideas?

Someone somewhere (not this forum - probably LTUG) said they were able to efile anyway and plan to give the client their copy later. Guess they must have shown the client the return on-screen for approval <w>.

Since we are just now starting to see these MCTR 1099-Misc letters maybe the delay of Ca 540 has something to do with it?

their are very fast in raising their fees and very slow about getting the full program to work. i am 30 returns behind on California and some of my clients are going else where. Maybe i should buy turbo tax and am sure it works. Its advertised enough!!!!!!!!!
