I have a BIG problem printing to Lacerte DMS. It started 3, 4 days ago. Have been on the phone with Lacerte Support ALL morning and they're still helping me.
When it was working properly, I could print from Lacerte, Words, Excel...
Now the print function prints the pdf files to a TEMP folder in C drive. The printed pdf files are there, instead of going into the DMS database. The files names are not modified as allowed in the process - the file names show the default, either the Excel file name, Word file name, or if from Lacerte, the default "Single.Page Form from CLIENTNAME (dmsE###)".
Any other Lacerte DMS users have the same problem?
