All the info to complete the new Form IL-1040-PTR for our affected clients is in Lacerte. I wish Lacerte would promptly add it so we don't have to manually prepare this form. The forms are due 10/17/22.
Also, it would be nice if Lacerte added a data mining filter to produce a list of potentially affected clients. (IL resident, IL property taxes on Sch A, no Sch IL_ICR included in original return.)
How are your firms handling this issue?
