Is there some kind of new issue with the 2020 Lacerte program? We were using it fine this morning (February 7), but not it will not open up. We were originally getting error message boxes popping up, but now the program just shuts down after logging in. We are in Louisiana and have until February 15 to timely file federal and state returns, so having this issue a week out is maddening!

1)Try WebSetUp & force even if it says you are up to date.
2)Uninstall the program & then re-install. Your data should be fine, but if you don't have a current back-up I would copy (file explorer-use cut/past) each modules data to a flash drive. (idata, pdata, etc)
3)Download the Lacerte Tool Hub and run thru it's options.
