Why can we not view the 2021 payroll tax tables for HOH in system utilities? My system is not calculating any federal withholding for employees who have the W4 tab checked for HOH status. Has anyone else ran into this? If I go to system utilities and view the federal tables, there is nothing listed for HOH status, only if the box in Step 2 is checked. I'm wondering if this is why no federal withholding is being taken out!!
Has anyone else encountered this? I'm very concerned if all this time since 2020 there hasn't been any federal withholding coming out for all of the employees we run who are using HOH status on their W4s!!!
