2020 update

We have downloaded the 2020 version but our system shows that our last update is 2019.3.11.  The download show 2020.1.3 and we have tried downloading it several times, even turning off our firewalls and it will not download the new version into easyacct program.

I had an issue where the install wizard was not deleting a registry file and so it would never get to the actual install point. I had my IT guys fix it. there is a community posting labeled https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/accounting/help/setup-has-detected-the-need-to-reboot-this-c...

I did not do this myself.

Good Afternoon meridianlivestock,

Are you getting any error messages or pop ups when attempting to run the 2020.1.3 download? The one threaded below is a common one, but you might be receiving another that is not completing the install of 2020 EasyACCT. 

Also, make sure that you are running the download as Administrator by right clicking on it and going to Run as Administrator.
