@IntuitBettyJoThe change was definitely noticed but not because it made the site more user-friendly.  It is good that the new branding should now clearly differentiate Lacerte, ProSeries, and ProConnect (Tax Online).

In fact, the site is near impossible to use on a mobile device, at least to frequent contributors who depend on the notification icon which has gone missing along with the icon for PM.  Switching to desktop mode does not bring back either.  The hardwork of the development team certainly did not go unnoticed /s.

Could you please work with the development team to fix this as we don't have constant access to our computers (unless, of course, Intuit's idea is to help us achieve a better work-life balance by participating only during office hours)?

Thanks, @BobKamman but it's still not showing on my mobile phone, in landscape or portrait mode. ๐Ÿ˜ž

Then when it does appear and shows me I have several notifications, I click on it and it tells me:

"You don't have any notifications. Try posting a new topic or question to see some activity here."

After clicking on it several more times, the notifications appear, but not highlighted because it thinks I already saw them.

I often see that message that I dont have any Notifications either (when the bells is showing a red number), but if I reload the page a few times then they finally appear.

@IntuitBettyJoNavigation on mobile devices is also a problem.  There is no menu bar or shortcut that could bring you back to the home page of the Community once you click on a post.  By clicking on the menu under Community, you can only choose between one of the three tax products.  The only way to return to the home page is by going back to the previous pages, which is really tedious.

Right now, I click on the word Community, which is the top level of a menu, but also is itself a hot link. They removed the Home Icon from the top left, but this seems to do that same action.

Yeah, using a phone is pretty much useless these days.  Which isn't so bad - I don't waste any time here if I'm not sitting in front of a computer.

@IRonMaNSame here.  I've given up on the phone.  Unless I'm in front of a computer, I wouldn't even bother checking the site.
