After selecting your program of choice on the community homepage, you'll see News and Updates underneath "Helpful Links" on the right hand side. This is where we will post about product hiccups, form information, new e-file rejections & other topics that will {hopefully} save you from posting your own thread.
To Subscribe - click the Options button on the right hand side of the board (or gear icon in a thread) and click the option to Subscribe. If Subscribe is grayed out, your email address may need to be verified. This can be done by going to My Settings under you profile, then select Email.
For each product:
When you Subscribe to the News and Updates board, you'll receive notifications when there is a new thread.
When you Subscribe to a thread in News and Updates, you'll receive notifications when there is a new reply.
