A 1040 can be filed from pretty much anywhere and Texas doesn't have an individual income tax so I'm not really clear on what your issue is.

Where did you see this, officially? What is that referring to? I love it when people make a statement with no reference. It's a great way to start a riot.

Well I got customers from texas and I just recieved 1099 from my customers and the program dont let me write a 1040 Form from Texas and I called Intuit and they just inform me that the program will not support Texas State for 1040, that was my reference and the guy from Intuit was the one that told me to ask to the community for help.....

There is no TX State 1040. Only Federal needs to be filed.

Exactly '*where* would you be planning on writing this? 

I don't think TX has a Fed Declared Disaster declaration for 2022.... I'm trying to think of why you'd be writing *anything* on the FEDERAL Form 1040.

None of the F 1040's I file detail what state they are from.... and even this year, CA doesn't need to be written anywhere as the IRS will be picking up that pertinent detail from the zip code.

I know that ther is no State taxes for texas, it is the 1040 by itself, the federal taxes.

Try moving there.

 It is a beautiful state with lots of history.
