My client provided a K-1. Box 16 is checked (Schedule K-3 is attached if checked). No K-3 is actually attached. The cover letter that came with the K-1 states: "Schedule K-3 information can be accessed . . . by the end of June 2023 and is not otherwise included" Do I need to wait to file the return until the K-3 is accessed? The K-1 information is all zeros.

With all zeros, I don't see how that missing K-3 couldn have anything pertinent on it. I'd file away...
