Health Insurance Exemptions

Taxpayers that came to US in middle of year on visa from Phillipines .Was covered by health insurance

through their employer from the time they were in Texas.  Where do I note that so they are not penalized.

Another person was incarcerated until October of this year...Taxpayer said they were covered

by health insurance while in prison. From October through Dec have 1095A proving coverage.

How do I mark that these situations should not have a penalty?
