Read through the Instructions to see who qualifies.

Ask your clients if they meet any of the qualification requirements. If they do, ask them for the number of days for each category, and the exact dates that they met the requirements.

There are some differences for 2020 vs 2021. Here is a good reference:

Because 1st quarter 2021 is a bit of an issue.
