Form 5472 - best way to add shareholder #3+ in Part II

Any tricks to create a new tab to list all >25% shareholders so PTO creates a statement to list #3 shareholder?  Current solution is attach efile pdf statement.

How can 4 shareholders each own >25%?

Not the issue, but ok I have 3 x 25+ <100.
