Form 1116 Foreign Tax Credit

I have completed the Form 1116 for a small foreign tax credit, however, the credit is not rolling up to Schedule 3.

Is your client eligible for §904(j) election, to claim FTC without F.1116?  If not, here's how you trigger F.1116 in PS.
