E-file MA Tax Year 2022

I am trying to find out when I can e-file a MA 2022 return.  The message I get when I try to transmit is that ProSeries is not ready to process Tax Year 2022 for this return.

Then you have to wait until ProSeries is ready.

EDIT: I reread your post. You're asking when can it be efiled.
