Are there income limits on taking the EV credit?

I read that if a couple files MFJ, and makes more than $300,000, they are not eligible for the EV credit.  I read other places where it says there is not a limit.

Oh there is an income limit alright.

You have to make a hell of a lot of money ir order to afford the car.
