According to ProSeries System Requirements, we will no longer support various outdated Operating Systems. The current login capability will no longer function due to security enhancements in several prior year programs (2016-2021). If you have computers that run the following operating systems, the programs will be outdated in the near future:
- Microsoft Windows 7
- Microsoft Windows 8
- Microsoft Windows 9.1
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012
If you have computers running a current operating system per our System Requirements, you can easily move the programs from the outdated computer to the current computer using the Local Backup Tool. If you do not own a computer with a current operating system, it will be required to upgrade to a system that meets our requirements to access the software.
This is an alert you will receive in the Tax Year 2022 program. In tax year 2022, you will be able to login, but further updates will not apply:
