Submitted by rachelratliff82 on 02-11-2021 10:15 AMNo matter the date of the EFile, the two statuses of when the client paid and when the return was sent to the client override this status in each homebase.
The only way to get this information is in the EF Center which can be painstakingly slow to load in peak season. Or give me a column to add to my homebase for this.
