Submitted by Andrew Modrall 2 weeks agoAllow the Tax Preparer to check YES allow the DOR to discuss this return with the preparer, and to be able to check that box right on the tax return, below the signature lines on page 2 of the tax return. Many other Proseries tax forms allow this, but the Kentucky 740 requires a checkmark to be made in Part V of the Information Worksheet to allow this.
