In ProSeries Basic Client Billing Information defaults to unchecked and Not in forms in use so I have to select Checklist and check the Client Billing checkbox for ALL clients...
Try creating a new client and see if Client Billing Information comes up in Forms in Use
Ahh, OK, Im not familiar with Basic. Im using Professional
I created a new client yesterday and Client Billing did appear in the Forms in Use list.
@IntuitBettyJo is this something you can pass onto whomever is in charge of this kind of thing, seems to only be an issue in Basic as far as I can tell, Professional works the same as prior years.
@DDANA does Basic have an option to Edit the Client Template? When you have a client return open, choose Tools and see if the client template edit option is in there, if so, open it up and open the Checklist and mark that box that makes it work properly. This will make it default to having that box checked for any new clients. When you exit the client template, be sure to choose YES when it asks you if you want to save it.
