Add a Query for Texas Franchise Tax Filers that owed Franchise Tax

MaureenTX

Please add this as a Client Analyzer Query option.  Texas Franchise filers who pay 100% of the taxes due the previous year do with their extension will not be penalized for filing late if an additional amount is due when the return is filed.  This Query will allow us to pull the clients who owed and advise them what to pay with their extension.

Currently the Homebase only shows the amount most recently paid, not the total amount they owed for the year.  Therefore, if we advised them to make an extension payment and they then did not owe any additional taxes when we filed the return, no amount shows in the payment column.

I would like to see the total tax for the year when I run the Query.  This would be super helpful and a great time saver.

Thank you!
