I have an income of $16,000 from renting property, and i receive a social security benefits around $8,000, that mean i made $24,000 or the SSB not calculated as income???

the insurance will determine my payment biased on my income but are they taking AGI $16,000 or $24,000???

What kind of insurance company?  Is this for the ACA health coverage?  

ACA looks at MAGI (modified AGI) which includes all SS income, not just the taxable portion.

Yes, Covered CA uses MAGI, so the full 24000 would be your MAGI if that's all the income you have.
